This year to celebrate our 20th Anniversary we have set a target for all our employees to aim for.

The theme oddly enough is the number ’20’, the goal is 20 acts of kindness towards the community and their colleagues. 

We’ve not set any specific boundaries for our staff simply that the act benefits the community or the team. If they can make it 20hrs spent, 20 people involved or £20 pounds raised even better. The act can be anything from time spent with an elderly veteran to supporting a kids 5 a side team to fundraising for a colleague’s deserving cause.

We have asked the team to send in all their kind acts to us and we will be compiling an ongoing list throughout the year, culminating at the end of the year with a round up of all the Augean achievements.
