Andy joined the company in January 2020, and became the Operations Director for Treatment & Transfer, Industrial Services, and North East Scotland in 2026. With over 30 years of experience, he is an accomplished operations leader with expertise spanning manufacturing, engineering, procurement, hazardous waste management, and operational transformation.

At Augean, Andy has focused on driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams within complex, multi-disciplinary environments to surpass customer expectations. He adopts a hands-on leadership style and is committed to developing people, processes, and performance through operational excellence and business optimisation.

Before joining Augean, Andy held senior roles at Bridon-Bekaert Ropes Group and Inside Secure, where he achieved significant improvements in performance and quality. His extensive experience includes site start-ups, international plant transfers, engineering leadership, procurement transformation, and supply chain enhancement.
